In light of Government advice concerning COVID-19, we are taking the following measures:-

• The office is open. We are seeing clients by appointment only and when necessary. Please contact your individual caseworker if you believe that you need an appointment. Please do not attend at the office without an appointment as it is unlikely that you will be seen.
• To contact your caseworker, please call or email them directly. If you do not have your caseworker’s contact details please call the main number on 020 7415 7016. Alternatively, please email karis@karissolicitors.com with your personal details so that your caseworker can be identified.
• When attending for your appointment, please try and arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled start time. Please wear a mask when entering the building and report to reception on the ground floor. Please continue to wear a face mask until you are seated in the meeting room. The meeting will be conducted behind protective screens and will be sanitised before your arrival. You may remove your mask during the meeting.
• Although the office is open, appointments will remain limited for the foreseeable future with caseworkers only being in the office for 1-2 days per week. We thank you for your patience and understanding at this time and until we are working at full capacity.
